Does Talentty maintain Confidentiality? is it Safe?
We have taken confidentiality and safety in all part of the application. There are account settings to hide your profile, also hide your profile from your current and selected employers. We have also a new feature called Anonymous Profile which hides key information about you and makes your profile complete confidential.
How do I get started?
To use Talentty services, you need to register and create account. After your account is created, we send you an activation mail to your given primary email id. You need to activate within 30 days to start using Talentty.
What is Specialized JobBoard?
We have seen big job sites having loads of job, hours of filtering to see the job we are interested in. For example, if you are a software professional and into web designing, you just need web designing jobs. For example, in Talentty, we have job board for webdesign.talentty.com. We call this as specialized jobboard. We have categorized jobboards by industry, specifics and job functions. We hope you will find this approach easy, fast and quick to use in today's fast paced and information overloaded world.
How do I apply for Jobs?
When you click the job on jobboards, the job details are shown. The Job detail provides you all the detail to send your CV directly to the employer or you can use "Apply", "Join & Apply", "Save & Apply Later" options.

Can I get daliy jobs posted on Talentty.com?
Yes, we have RSS feed for all jobboards. You can use your preferred Feed Reader like Google Reader, Bloglines, Yahoo, etc to subscribe to this RSS Feed. We also have Feedburner though which you can subscribe and receieve daily RSS feed by mail.
How can I send my CV to Talentty?
When you register, we request you to upload your CV. We don't accept your CV by email or any other form.

After you create account and activate your account, you can post job. We are giving 35 job credit posting FREE, each credit allows you to post one job.

We have posted jobs and it is not live yet?
Jobs are put into live soon after you post job. However sometime our customer service team reviews jobs posted by you, in case we find the jobs are not appropriate, or we think it as spam, we inactivate this jobs. This jobs are reviewed and when there are no issues, they are put live.
How do I post job in various industies?
Talenty currently publishes only certain industry like Software, Bio Technology, BPO. We intend to open up to other industries too. If you are looking to post jobs in other industries, kindly contact us.
